Mr S the builder has had his second interview and was coming over to help us, but fell down his staircase and slipped a disc. I want to feel empathy but just want the room to be finished as the carpets are being fitted on Tuesday the 1st December. Husband and I are back to DIY.
Aupair is worried about our current 'credit crunch', she feels tried with all her extra jobs and wants things to go back to how they were (told to me tearfully). Currently wondered whether 'stressed out' means the same in Spanish as it does in English, but have told her everything is fine and not to worry!
I worked in the vintage shop on Saturday, aupair looked after children, whilst husband sold 'hot lurch' at another local market. Bottles sold-20, vintage clothes sold-1 belt, DIY-none, rain- lots and red wine drunk -one bottle between us!
